Adler Industrial Construction (AIC) partnered with Ascent to review an ERP connector intended to sync Foundation and Procore. During structured discovery, Ascent identified major gaps that would have undermined Adler’s unique business structure and accounting workflows. Drawing on technical expertise and connections to past clients with similar challenges, Ascent advised Adler to halt the flawed integration—avoiding a costly system failure and reinforcing the value of Evaluation and Audit as a risk mitigation tool. The engagement then pivoted to process definition and organizational adoption. Ascent delivered eight interactive Procore workshops, restructured cost codes to improve data sync, assessed job management processes, and optimized accounting workflows for long-term alignment with Procore. The results were immediate and quantifiable: 100% of construction staff trained, 8 live sessions completed, and expanded use of Procore’s Pre-Construction and Project Management tools. The outcome enhanced Adler’s operational performance and built a trusted partnership with an open door for future consulting needs.
